The “Personal Image Assessment” survey gives your boss and your colleagues an opportunity to be open and honest with you about your image in a constructive, positive way.
This 360º, confidential personal assessment tool allows you to ask your co-workers, supervisors and even customers what they think of you and your current level of professionalism. You will send the survey to 40 of your colleagues, supervisors, friends and family asking them to identify your best personal attributes and rate your appearance, behavior and communication skills.
The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Answers are returned automatically to Amy Casson at Polished Image, ensuring confidentiality. You will not be privy to your respondent’s comments. Once your results have been tabulated, Ms. Casson sends you a package via email – evaluating your strengths, identifying your weaknesses and offering suggestions of improvement.
