Testimonials:
Amy Casson graciously accepted this project and in a very short timeframe developed a thought provoking presentation that our employees really responded to. Image effects our self esteem, our confidence as we move through our day interacting with people. We can choose what we communicate to the world in a conscious way or an unconscious way. Understanding the impact of conveying who we are in an honest, self-respecting way that allows our uniqueness to shine through is an empowering, relevant message.
Thank you Amy for inspiring our staff!
There is nothing “false” about choosing, with intention, what we wish to convey to the world about who we are. Amy Casson delivered this powerful message in a way that was relevant and meaningful to our staff teams. In a community Health Care industry customer service and our interactions with others, every moment of every day, are at the core of our business. Being aware of our image in this regard creates an opportunity for us to consider our personal impact and the importance of choosing wisely what we wish to communicate about ourselves.”
Susan Morgan, Chesire London
We recently promoted an individual and wanted to create congruency between her professional presence and her new role. In other words, we believed her appearance, behaviour and communication skills needed polishing. Understanding that image is a subjective and often touchy subject, we contacted Polished Image for advice. Amy Casson coached us on how to approach the employee and then worked her magic. The employee showed up to work the very next day looking like a leader. The transformation was incredible. After spending only five hours with Amy, our employee's personal brand has been solidified through her appearance, behaviour and communication skills.

Amy Casson of Polished Image is one great image consultant, she takes the time to fully understand who you are, what you are trying to achieve with your image and then uses her considerable experience to offer excellent advice and recommendations. I have a whole new appreciation of the importance of the right image and from now on will take much more care and time to ensure the image I portray is the one I want to be remembered.

Thank you for providing an informative and fun evening for our team. We all walked away with some individual learnings, and have a better sense of how to align our personal brand with our corporate brand. The evening was full of great information, and you did an excellent job of getting through a lot of content in a fun and manageable way. I was also impressed with your ability to share information without singling anyone out or making them feel on the spot. Everyone felt included and walked away more confident and informed.
Thanks again for a great evening.

Amy Casson of Polished Image, facilitated a riveting presentation to over 225 students and young alumni at the University of Westernn Ontario through an award winning event series entitled "Backpack 2 Briefcase". Amy pushed the students to consider how they behave in social and professional circumstances and how their etiquette, or lack thereof, impacts the impression they make. Amy has an excellent reputation and delivers on her goals. Amy was straight-forward and managed the question and answer period with ease in addition to providing individual coaching to students who attended the mock cocktail reception. Many thanks.
